The word “Golpo” means Story in my native language Bengali. I am a storyteller and my goal is to help you tell and live your best story. Professionally speaking, I am a people focused, results oriented operations and leadership expert with 20 years of experience in the private sector (Unilever, Nestlé, Clorox) and the United States Government. (FBI). I’ve led teams and complex initiatives across business operations and national security, and I know firsthand what it takes to deliver results while navigating pressure, ambiguity, and competing priorities.

I have taken all my life experiences, passion, skills and empathy to found Golpo Coaching, where I work to help you rise stronger. My work sits at the intersection of leadership, resilience, and people strategy: helping individual clients and organizations uncover growth areas, make values-based decisions, and lead in a way that feels both effective and sustainable.
Among other credentials, I have an MBA from Harvard Business School and a Coaching Certification from Brown University, and I am a member of the International Coaching Federation. These credentials matter, but what matters most to me is creating calm, honest spaces where you can tell the truth, think deeply, and leave each conversation with one or two concrete shifts you’re ready to make.
Personally speaking, I have lived and worked on three continents, and I have had to reinvent myself and thrive in unfamiliar environments repeatedly. That’s why I am passionate about helping you build resilience and find your inner compass. I care about meaningful work, strong relationships, and ongoing self-growth—and I know you are likely balancing all three. My coaching is customized to support you as a whole person: talented, human, and ready to live your best story!
